    【摘要】我院开展介入治疗Ⅰ～Ⅱ期股骨头缺血性坏死，直接将药物灌注到股骨头颈区供血动脉，取得了较为满意的疗效。本文从术前、术中、术后护理体会作具体阐述，全方面的护理对股骨头缺血性坏死起了重要作用。
