胃食管反流病的治疗进展(1)
【中图分类号】R5 【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)03-0009-03【摘要】胃食管反流病(gaslroesop hageal reflux disease,GERD)指胃食管反流引起的烧心、反流等症状和/或食管炎，包括反流性食管炎(RE)和非糜烂性反流病(NERD)，后者又名内镜下阴性反流病。GERD治疗的目的是愈合RE,快速缓解症状、减少复发、提高生活质量。虽然目前对GERD的自然病程知之甚少，但是治疗方法不断改进和深入研究。本文对近年若干GERD的治疗新进展综述。

【Abstract】Gastroesophageal reflux disease (gaslroesop hageal reflux disease, GERD) refers to gastroesophageal reflux caused by burning heart, reflux symptoms and/or esophagitis, including reflux esophagitis (RE) and non-erosive Anti-reflux disease (NERD), the latter also known as negative endoscopic reflux disease. GERD treatment is aimed at healing RE, quickly relieve symptoms and reduce recurrence, improve the quality of life.
