    【摘要】冬季到户外参加体育活动,身体受到寒冷的刺激,肌肉、血管不停的收缩,能够使心脏跳动加快,呼吸加深,体内新陈代谢加强,身体产生的热量增加。同时,由于大脑皮质兴奋性增强,有利于灵敏、准确地调节体温。这样,人的抗寒能力就可明显增强。另外,冬季在户外进行锻炼能增强机体的抗病能力,增强体质。体育锻炼已经逐渐成为人们日常生活的一部分,很多人已纷纷走出家门加入到冬季体育锻炼的队伍中来。
