    【摘要】恶性腹膜间皮瘤是原发于腹膜间皮细胞的一种较为罕见、恶性程度很高的肿瘤,误诊率极高。近年来,妊娠合并腹膜间皮瘤及原发于输卵管、卵巢的间皮瘤病例有个案报道,由于大部分妇科肿瘤专著尚未列入该类肿瘤,妇产科医师往往对该病缺乏足够的认识,容易误诊。本文复习近年来相关文献,总结归纳PMM的发病原因、临床表现、声像图特征、病理形态、治疗方法等,为该病的诊断、治疗提供依据。

    【Abstract】Peritoneal maiigant mesothelima(PMM),originate from peritoneum mesothelial cell,is a uncommon tumor,easily be misdiagnosised. Currently,few cases of PMM with pregnancy and originate from fallopian tube, ovary are reported. Many monograph of gynecology tumor do not contain PMM,so doctors know few knowledge of this disease, In this article, etiology,clinical manifestation,characteristic pattern,pathomorphology and treatment of PMM are summarized,to explore the diagnosis and treatment of PMM. ......
