摘要：番茄红素是主要存在于番茄、番茄制品及其他水果蔬菜中重要的类胡萝卜素 ，被证明在类胡萝卜素中有较强的抗氧化能力，且具有抗肿瘤的保健作用。本文系统介绍了番茄红素的抗氧化和抗肿瘤作用及其作用机制。

    Abstract： Lycopene is found in tomatoes， tomato products and other fruits and vegetables important carotenoid， proved in the carotenoids have strong antioxidant ability， and has the health functions of resisting tumor. This paper introduces the antioxidant lycopene and antitumor effect and its mechanism of action.
