[摘要] 目的：探讨老年糖尿病患者合并贲门癌的围手术期血糖的处理方法及注意事项。方法：对我院近10年老年贲门癌合并糖尿病162例患者的诊治情况进行回顾性分析。结果：162例患者中2例死亡，死亡率1.24%，并发症发生率16.04%。结论：围手术期内合理应用胰岛素控制血糖，是减少手术死亡率和并发症发生率的关键。

    Perioperative management of gastric cardia carcinoma in 162 old patients with diabetes mellitus

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the points for attention and the treatment of old patients with carcinoma of gastric cardia combined with diabetes during the operation. Methods:The conditions of the diagnosis and treatment of 162 cases with carcinoma of gastric cardia combined with diabetes were retrospectively analyzed. Results:2 died in 162 cases.The mortality was 1.24%, the occurrence rate of complications was 16.04%. Conclusion:Rational application of insulin in order to control the level of blood glucose is key to decrease the mortality and the occurrence rate of complications in old patients with carcinoma of gastric cardia combined with diabetes after operation. ......
