[摘要] 目的:总结国产器械在中低位直肠癌手术中的使用效果。方法:回顾性分析我院2001年1月～2008年8月175例距齿状线5～8 cm的中低位直肠癌患者的临床资料,使用常州生产的荷包缝合器、多次使用的吻合器做低位前切除术。结果:175例全部顺利完成手术,荷包缝合器、多次使用的吻合器、缝合器能满足手术要求,全组发生吻合口漏7例(4.0%),无一例发生吻合口狭窄。结论:国产荷包缝合器、多次使用的吻合器、缝合器能满足中低位直肠癌的手术要求,对比进口器械,费用低廉,适合在经济不发达地区推广使用。

    The application of the up-to-date domestic-made instruments in meso-low colorectal cancer resection

    [Abstract] Objective: To summarize the effect of domestic-made instruments in meso-low colorectal cancer resection. Methods: From January 2001 to August 2008, 175 patients with meso-low colorectal cancer which was 5-8 cm away from dentate line, were carried out low-anterior resection, used pursed-stitching instrument and reusable stapler made in Changzhou of China. The data of the 175 patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The 175 patients were operated successfully, 7 cases (4.0%) suffered from stoma fistula, no case occurred anastomotic stricture. Conclusion: Domestic-made instruments can be well used in meso-low colorectal cancer resection. Compared with the imports, it is chip and can be applied generally in impoverished areas. ......
