[摘要] 两性霉素B是一种应用较早的多烯类抗真菌药物。其疗效确切，抗菌谱广，是优良的抗深部真菌药物。但由于其严重的毒副作用，限制了两性霉素B的临床应用。目前已有大量研究采用新剂型以提高两性霉素B的治疗指数，降低其毒副作用，且已有产品成功上市。本文就两性霉素B的作用机制，临床应用及其新制剂的开发及应用情况进行回顾和综述。

    [Abstract] Amphotericin B is a kind of multi-vinyl antifungal drug which has a long history of application. It is an excellent deep anti-fungal drug because of its definite curative effect and broad anti-fungal spectrum.However, the use of amphotericin B is limited clinically due to the severe side effects.There have been a lot of researches in recent years using new dosage forms to enhance the therapeutic index and decrease the side effects,and some products have been successfully used clinically.
