[摘要] 随着全膝关节置换术技术的不断进步，软组织平衡的问题开始被关注，对关节周围组织的结构特点和力学特性的认识不断加深，软组织平衡的评价测量方法和松解技术也不断发展，临床上软组织平衡技术用于治疗截骨后仍然无法完全纠正内翻或外翻畸形的膝关节，软组织平衡技术包括滑移截骨技术、Insall松解技术、从关节镜手术中引进的Pie Crusting松解技术，相关的研究及随访表明这些方法能够有效地纠正不平衡的软组织，但每种技术都存在缺陷。本文分别对软组织平衡的基础研究和手术技术进行总结，并介绍软组织平衡技术的近期发展。
