[摘要] 王立新教授研究中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病多年，以“伏邪”理论为基础，初步构建伏邪理论辨证体系，认为中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病缓解期主要与阴虚髓亏、风邪内伏和阳虚髓亏、风寒湿内伏等关系密切，根据患者四诊资料，综合分析病因病机，辨证处方，采用温阳生精补髓、祛邪通络以及滋阴补髓、祛邪活络兼清热等治法，临床效果显著。
