摘要 针刺麻醉甲状腺手术已经取得了一定的临床成绩，有镇痛效果且可以减少并发症。本文参考近40年文献，根据国内多家医院甲状腺手术经验，经过多中心共800余例历时10年的临床研究，以及相应实验研究结果确定了穴位组合。扶突穴组符合“气至病所”的中医理论，也与同神经节段近端取穴有关，故而镇痛效果明确，有一定优势。而合谷内关穴组遵循“经脉所过，主治所及”原则，镇痛效果好，操作方便。推荐使用扶突穴电针刺激和合谷内关穴经皮电刺激用于针刺辅助麻醉下的甲状腺手术。
