3 结语
综上所述，IBS的病因十分复杂，可能是多种因素相互交叉共同作用的结果。精神心理、感染、胃肠道动力和饮食等某一环节出现问题都会导致IBS的发生，但病情表现不一。临床用药需依据患者的病情使用。随着认识的不断深入，有理由相信会有更多、更有效的IBS治疗药物和手段应用于临床。同时，可以预见的是，新的IBS治疗药物必将主要通过调节参与脑-肠轴功能的神经递质。
