合并骨折的四肢动脉损伤的诊治体会(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨合并骨折的四肢动脉损伤的诊断和治疗方法。方法 回顾分析本院2001-2007年共诊治的83例合并骨折四肢动脉损伤患者的临床资料。分别采用直接动脉修补，动脉结扎、端端吻合、自体大隐静脉移植；骨折采用内固定或外固定支架。结果 全部获得随访，随访时间3个月~5年，肢体存活74例，其中66例功能恢复，骨折愈合67例，不愈合7例；截肢 9例(10.8%)。结论 早期诊断、及时修复损伤的血管，骨折有效的固定及骨筋膜室切开减压，是提高成功率，降低截肢率的关键。【关键词】 四肢；动脉损伤；骨折；显微外科
