【摘要】 目的 提高门诊静脉输液患者的护理质量，减少护患矛盾与冲突。方法 通过对1342例门诊静脉输液患者的护理，总结出适合门诊输液时的护理措施。结果 通过人性化护理，改善了护患关系，增强了护患间的信任，患者能更好地配合治疗。结论 人性化护理提高了护理质量和患者的满意度。

    【Abstract】 Objective In order to improve the quality of nursing about the venous transfusion in out-patients clinic , reduce the contradiction and conflict between the nurse and outpatient. Methods by means of nursing for 1342 cases outpatients during the venous transfution ,a summary of nursing measures be maked. Results By giving humanization nursing care , it improved the relations between the nurse and outpatients, enhanced the trust of the outpatients, the outpatients cooperated the treatment more closely.Conclusion Take measures to humanized nursing care , the quality of nursing and satisfaction of the outpatients can be heightened
