【摘要】 目的 探讨空心螺钉内固定联合带旋髂深血管髂骨瓣移植治疗Pauwels Ⅲ型青壮年股骨颈骨折的手术方法及疗效。方法 对18例Pauwels Ⅲ型青壮年股骨颈骨折患者采取空心螺钉内固定联合带旋髂深血管髂骨瓣移植术治疗， 观察效果。结果 18例全部获得随访， 16例术后骨折顺利愈合， 未出现股骨头坏死， 髋关节功能恢复良好。2例晚期出现股骨头缺血坏死， 行人工全髋关节置换。结论 空心螺钉内固定联合带旋髂深血管髂骨瓣移植术是治疗Pauwels Ⅲ型青壮年股骨颈骨折的有效方法， 值得临床推广应用。
