佛山地区胎儿NT厚度、孕妇年龄与胎儿染色体异常的关系研究(2)
综上所述, 随着胎龄的增加, 正常胎儿的NT厚度也随之增加, 但增加的幅度也与地区和人群相关。获得各地区人群的NT厚度与CRL厚度的相关性数据才能更好地对出生缺陷进行预测。本研究基于大人群数据获得了佛山地区NT厚度与CRL相关性的参考值, 明确了NT厚度≥2.5 mm应作为判断NT增厚的标准。
