[摘要] 逆行性肝切除术是一种符合肿瘤外科原则的肝切除技术，术中既不阻断肝脏血流，又不旋转肝脏，不仅对肝脏的损伤少，而且减少医源性肿瘤扩散，减少术中失血和手术并发症，患者术后恢复快，适合于有一定肝切除术经验及熟悉血管外科的手术者。逆行肝切除术适合于难切性肝癌的切除，在肝脏外科中应该成为优先选择的肝切除术式。
