[摘要] 人工肝支持治疗是目前治疗肝衰竭至关重要的措施之一。不同类型的人工肝有各自的优缺点。细胞因子在肝衰竭的发病和肝组织再生等方面，有着非常重要的作用。通过人工肝治疗，维持细胞因子的动态平衡，有效调节细胞因子内环境，减轻肝组织损伤、促进肝组织再生。本文就近年来各种类型人工肝的优缺点及其对细胞因子的影响作一综述。
