[摘要] 目的 探讨美托洛尔所致不良反应的发生特点。 方法 对1996～2016年国内医药期刊报道的28例美托洛尔所致不良反应进行统计、分析。 结果 其所致不良反应主要集中在41～70岁;时间发生在30 min～1 d内的例数最多;临床表现主要为心血管系统，其中以心律失常最多见，近年来关节疼痛日渐增多，此次分析比例达到17.86%。结论 临床医生应关注美托洛尔所致的不良反应，确保合理用药。
