[摘要] 冬凌草甲素(Oridonin)是冬凌草主要的有效活性成分，是一种介壳杉烯四环二萜类化合物，其化学结构为C20H26O7。大量实验资料证明，冬凌草甲素能通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖周期、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、诱导自噬性细胞死亡、降低端粒酶活性、增强其他化疗药的疗效等途径抑制多种肿瘤的生长，本文将介绍冬凌草甲素抗肿瘤研究的进展。
