〔摘要〕 范伏元教授認为结缔组织相关性肺间质病变治疗需分三期论治：初期治以疏风宣肺、止咳化痰;中期治以清热化痰、活血化瘀;晚期治以补脾肺肾、理气通络。临床运用疏风宣肺汤、柴芩温胆汤、归芪补肺汤等方临证加减治疗结缔组织相关性肺间质病变获满易疗效。
