[摘要] 高血压脑出血患者随着社会人口老龄化程度的加深而逐年增加，严重威胁着老年人的生命安全。高血压性脑出血作为脑出血最主要的类型，必须引起人们的重视，如何制定出更加合理科学的预防与治疗措施是医学界着重探讨的问题。该综述通过研究高血压脑出血病理及病理生理变化，希望能为高血压脑出血的预防与治疗带来一定参考价值。
