93例非门脉高压性上消化道出血的临床诊治观察(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨非门脉高压性上消化道出血的诊治疗效。 方法 整群选取该院2013年2月—2014年5月收治的93例非门脉高压性上消化道出血的病人，对患者进行电子胃镜检查，明确病灶，采取常规治疗、内科保守治疗、内镜下止血治疗及相关手术处理等治疗措施。结果 在接受治疗的93例患者中，痊愈34例，显效29例，有效25例，其中内镜下止血40例、5例转外科手术，治疗总有效率达到94.6%。结论 采取常规治疗、内科保守治疗、内镜下止血及相关外科手术处理等治疗措施，可以使此类患者的临床症状得到有效缓解，提高治疗效果，临床安全性高，无不良反应发生，值得临床推广和应用。
