胃癌根治术后吻合瘘预防体会(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨胃癌根治术后吻合口瘘的原因、诊断治疗及预防措施。方法 回顾性分析该院于2012年2月—2015年12月诊治的50例胃癌根治术后吻合口瘘的资料，以观察术后4 d引流管引流液颜色变化为标准。结果 45例经非手术治疗痊愈，5例经再次手术后死亡。 结论 胃癌根治术后吻合口瘘发生患者死亡率高，一旦确诊应尽早积极采取有效治疗措施。
