[摘要] 目的 探讨儿童朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症(LCH)的临床特点，提高诊治水平。方法 方便2013年1月—2017年6月在该院确诊的13例朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症患儿进行回顾性分析。结果 单系统组LCH 6例，多系统组LCH 7例，两组的性别构成比差异无统计学意义，多系统组发病年龄显著小于单系统组。儿童多累及骨(61.5%)、皮肤(53.8%)、肺(46.2%)、肝(46.2%)、脾(23.1%)、耳(30.8%)等。结论 LCH临床表现多样，病情轻重不一，明确诊断规范治疗可改善预后。
