[摘要] 目的 评价常规输血与少白细胞技术输血对输血不良反应的降低作用。 方法 研究对象为方便选取输血治疗患者200例，采用抽签分组方式对研究对象200例进行分组，患者收取时间在2018年1—5月，分为观察组一组(100例输血治疗患者)、对照组一组(100例输血治疗患者)，分别实施少白细胞技术输血和常规输血，将两组患者的输血不良反应发生率进行对比。 结果 观察组输血治疗患者的输血不良反应发生率4.00%(其中血红蛋白尿患者2例、发热患者1例、过敏患者1例)低于对照组患者，差异有統计学意义(χ2=4.347 8，P<0.05)。 结论 通过对输血治疗患者应用少白细胞技术输血后，取得显著效果，能降低输血不良反应发生率，预防疾病传播和减少炎性介质产生，从而保障患者输血安全性，值得进一步应用。
