[摘要] 目的 观察外路及鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。 方法 回顾性方便选取2015年2月—2018年6月该院收治的100例(107眼)慢性泪囊炎患者。所有患者分为两组，其中47例行外路泪囊鼻腔吻合术，60例行鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术。随访时间为6个月。观察患者拔管后泪道冲洗通畅情况及并发症。 结果 外路泪囊鼻腔吻合术的有效率为95.74%，鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术有效率为91.67%。两者并差异无统计学意义(P=0.463)。两者的术后并发症的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 外路与鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术成功率相近，临床医生应综合考虑各影响因素进行手术方式的选择。
