护患沟通模式在儿童口腔门诊中的应用研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探討护患沟通模式对提高儿童口腔门诊护理质量的有效性。方法 便利选取2019年4—5月某三级甲等妇幼保健机构儿童口腔门诊的患者48例为对照组,采用的是常规护理模式,然后选取2019年6—7月儿童口腔门诊的患者48例为观察组,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用护患沟通模式。对比两组患儿的遵医依从性、护理满意度和护理纠纷发生率。结果 满意度相比,对照组患者的总满意度为85.42%,观察组患者的总满意度为95.83%,观察组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.856,P=0.005);遵医依从性相比,对照组患者的遵医依从性为70.83%,观察组患者的遵医依从性为89.58%,观察组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿的护理纠纷发生比较,对照组总共发生护理纠纷5例,发生率为10.42%,观察组共发生护理纠纷1例,发生率为2.08%,两组患儿护理纠纷发生率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.437,P=0.003)。结论 在儿童护理中,采用科学有效的护患沟通模式,有助于为患儿提供更优质更完善的护理服务,提高家属的护理满意度,有效减少护患纠纷,有助于医院的长远发展。

    Study on the Application of Nursing Communication Mode in Children's Oral Clinic

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the effectiveness of nursing communication mode to improve the quality of oral care in children. Methods 48 cases of children's oral clinic in a Grade A maternal and child health care institution from April to May 2019 were convenienty selected as control groups. The routine care model was adopted. Then 48 cases of children's oral clinic from June to July 2019 were selected as observation groups. The observation group adopted the nursing communication mode based on the routine nursing.The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of nursing disputes were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the satisfaction rate,the total satisfaction of the control group was 85.42%,and the total satisfaction of the observation group was 95.83%. The observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.856,P=0.005). The adherence rate of the control group was 70.83%,and the observation group was 89.58%. The observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing disputes of the two groups were compared. There were 5 cases of nursing disputes in the control group,the incidence rate was 10.42%,and 1 case of nursing dispute occurred in the observation group,the incidence rate was 2.08%. The incidence of nursing disputes between the two groups was relatively high.
