[摘要] 探讨近几年葛根素口服生物利用度剂型的研究进展，综述近年来国内外有关葛根素口服剂型的文献报道，并进行总结概述。药物的吸收是影响药物生物利用度的重要因素，其吸收过程与药物因素、剂型因素、生理因素等有密切关系。与葛根素悬浮液相比，葛根素各种口服新剂型较大程度上提高了葛根素的生物利用度。

    [Abstract] Review progresses in the oral bioavailability of puerarin formulations in recent years. Summarize recent literature about oral formulations of puerarin. Drug absorption is an important factor in affecting drug bioavailability, which are closely related to drug, formulation, physiological factors, etc. Compared with the suspension, new oral formulations greatly improve the bioavailability of puerarin.
