颅底脊索瘤影像特征及治疗进展(1)
[摘要] 脊索瘤是局部呈侵袭性生长的罕见肿瘤，起源于胚胎残余的脊索，约1/3发生于颅底。手术是颅底脊索瘤的首选治疗方案，术后常结合放射治疗，但由于其解剖位置、生物学特性、预后不良等使脊索瘤治疗相对棘手。近年来随着神经影像学技术和微创神经外科的发展，脊索瘤的诊断和预后在一定程度上得到改善。
