光动力疗法联合支架置入治疗食管癌所致气道狭窄的效果观察(3)
本研究结果显示，PDT联合支架置入治疗组患者平均稳定期、平均生存期明显延长(P<0.05)，虽然急性黏膜水肿、支气管阻塞发生率较高(P<0.05)，但处理后预后较好，支气管再狭窄发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。尽管光敏剂费用相对较高，与其他治疗方法比较操作复杂[14-15]，但其在食管癌引起气道狭窄中具有明显有效性和优势。随着没有光过敏和疗效更好的第二代光敏剂出现，PDT在姑息治疗肿瘤中的实用价值得到提高，越来越多的患者会从中获益。
