[摘要] 目的 调查我院门诊中药房处方中的用药情况，进一步促进医生合理使用中药。 方法 随机抽取我院门诊中药房2014年10月～2015年10月的3640张处方，按照《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》标准进行统计分析。 结果 3640张处方中，不合理用药处方302张(8.30%)，主要表现在书写不规范、重复用药、适应证不适宜、用法用量不适宜、联合用药不适宜等方面。 结论 我院中药不合理使用情况较严重，临床医师应加强处方书写规范化意识，提高中医药理论水平；中药师应加强处方审核力度，促进中药的合理使用。
