预见性护理对高龄食管癌患者术后谵妄的预防效果观察(1)

     [摘要]目的 探讨预见性护理对预防高龄食管癌患者术后谵妄中的应用效果和临床价值。方法 选取我院2014年12月～2016年3月收治的66例高龄食管癌病人进行研究，以随机数字表法将其分为两组，对照组33例行常规护理，观察组33例行预见性护理，比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组术后谵妄发生率为9.1%，对照组术后谵妄发生率为27.3%，观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者护理满意度为100.0%，对照组为78.8%，观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 高龄食管癌患者采用预见性护理，能够有效降低患者术后谵妄发生率，提高患者护理满意度，护理效果良好，具有较高的临床推广价值。
