妊娠宫角破裂3例临床分析(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨妊娠宫角破裂的原因、临床特点及预防措施。方法 对2010年10月～2015年1月扬州市妇幼保健院收治的3例妊娠宫角破裂的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 妊娠宫角破裂主要原因为宫角妊娠及宫角部手术史，3例均行修补痊愈出院。结论 妊娠宫角破裂病情凶险，提高腹腔镜下手术的技巧，术后注意避孕时间，注重早期B超检查胚胎着床部位，加强高危妊娠监护，及早诊断利于救治。

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the causes，clinical features and preventive measures of the rupture of uterine horns in pregnancy.Methods The clinical data of 3 cases of pregnancy with rupture of uterine horns who were treated in Yangzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from October 2010 to January 2015 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The main cause of the rupture of the uterine horns in pregnancy was uterine horn pregnancy and the surgical history of uterine horns.All three cases were cured and discharged from the hospital.Conclusion the rupture of uterine horns in pregnancy is a severe disease.Multiple measures can be taken to benefit the treatment of the disease ......
