[摘要]目的 探讨回馈教学法对腰椎间盘突出症患者功能锻炼依从性及复发率的影响。方法 选取2016年1～6月我院门诊病例中单节段腰椎间盘突出症患者80例，以计算机分层随机方法分为两组。对照组给予常规健康宣教，观察组采用回馈教学方法，比较两组锻炼依从性及复发率。结果 观察组的依从性优秀率(75.00%)高于对照组(25.00%)，复发率(7.50%)低于对照组(42.50%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 回馈教学法有利于提高腰椎间盘突出症患者腰背肌功能锻炼的依从性，降低复发率，是一种有效的健康教育方法。
