流程化沟通模式结合心理学知识学习对低年资护士临床沟通能力的影响(1)

     [摘要]目的 探討流程化沟通模式(CICARE)结合心理学知识学习对低年资护士临床沟通能力的影响。方法 选取2018年1~12月在我院工作的低年资护士76名作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组各38名。对照组护士进行常规的护理培训培养,实验组护士在对照组培训培养的基础上制定CICARE,同时将心理学知识加以整合,对低年资护士进行培训。比较两组低年资护士培训前后临床沟通能力情况。结果 实验组护士培训后临床沟通能力总分及建立和谐关系、敏锐倾听、确认患者问题、传递有效信息、验证感受得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),共同参与得分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CICARE结合心理学知识学习能够有效提升低年资护士临床沟通能力,尤其在建立和谐关系、敏锐倾听、确认患者问题、传递有效信息、验证感受方面的提升效果显著,值得推广应用。

    Influence of CICARE communication mode combined with psychological knowledge learning on the clinical communication ability of junior nurses

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss the influence of CICARE communication mode (CICARE) combined with psychological knowledge learning on the clinical communication ability of junior nurses. Methods A total of 76 junior nurses who were worked in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as subjects. They were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method. Each group consisted of 38 nurses. The control group nurses were given routine nursing training. The experimental group nurses were trained with the CICARE based on the routine training and were integrated with the psychological knowledge. The clinical communication ability of the two groups before and after training was compared. Results After the training, the total score of clinical communication ability and the scores of establishment of harmonious relationship, keen listening, confirming patients' problems, transmitting effective information, and verifying feelings of the nurses in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the score of joint participation between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion CICARE combined with psychological knowledge learning can effectively improve the clinical communication ability of junior nurses, especially in establishing harmonious relationship, keen listening, confirming patients′ problems, transmitting effective information, and verifying feelings. It is worthy of promotion and application.
