综合护理干预在危重症手足口病患儿中的应用有效性评价(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨综合护理干预在危重症手足口病患儿中的应用有效性评价。方法：选取2012年6月-2013年1月在笔者所在医院治疗的292例危重症手足口病患儿作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各146例，在两组给予同样治疗的同时，观察组给予综合护理干预措施，对照组给予常规护理，观察比较两组患儿的护理效果及干预前后的生命系数评分情况。结果：观察组的总有效率93.2%(136/146)明显高于对照组的67.1%(98/146)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预后的精力、疼痛及情绪反应评分均明显低于干预前，而观察组的各生命系数评分及总指数均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对危重症手足口病患儿实施综合护理干预能有效提高治疗总有效率和护理效果和护理满意度，减少患儿痛苦，提高耐受性，值得在临床护理中推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effectiveness evaluation of comprehensive nursing intervention measures in the critically ill children with hand foot and mouth disease.Method：292 critically ill children with hand foot and mouth disease in our hospital from June 2012 to January 2013 were selected as research objects，they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method，146 cases in each group.The two groups were given the same treatment at the same time，the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention measures and the control group was only given usual care.The nursing efficacy and life coefficient score before and after intervention between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：After treatment and nursing，the total effective rate of observation group was 93.2%(136/146)，it was significantly higher than 67.1%(98/146) of control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The energy，pain and emotional response scores after intervention of the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention，and the coefficient of life score and total index of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention on children with critical disease hand foot and mouth disease can effectively improve the efficiency and ursing efficacy，reduce the pain of patients，improve the tolerance，is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing.

手足口病多发于5周岁以下的儿童，是由肠道病毒所引起的传染性疾病，能够引起手足口病的肠道病毒种类较多，但临床以肠道病毒71型(EV 71)和柯萨奇病毒A16型(Cox A16)致病最为常见。罹患该病后，患儿初期多出现发热、溃疡、疱疹和口痛等现象，多数患儿危害不大，会于一周内自行康复，但少数重症患儿则有可能引发脑膜炎、心肌炎和肺部感染等严重并发症。目前临床对于儿童手足口病缺乏较为有效的针对性治疗药物，多从抗病毒和治疗并发症两个角度进行诊疗。如何通过改善护理方法和提高护理质量来改进儿童手足口病的治疗逐步成为了临床研究的热点[1-3]。本文具体对综合护理干预在危重症手足口病患儿中的应用有效性进行研究，现报告如下。, http://www.100md.com(赖春娟 李季妮)
