【摘 要】智慧医院建设正在成为增强医院竞争力与创新力的关键行为，是医院的第3次信息化革命。本文给出一种智慧医院建设的总体架构思路，阐述了智慧医院建设原则和建设内容。通过引入物联网业务支撑平台实现物联网应用部署的规范化和标准化，避免医院信息化建设过程中基础设施重复建设和信息孤岛。最后给出了在智慧医院建设中可能遇到的问题和解决思路。
