呼吸管理在脊柱骨折患者中的护理效果及对依从性的影响研究(1)

     摘要:目的:探究呼吸管理在脊柱骨折患者中的护理效果及对依从性的影响研究。方法:该文章选取2016年6月到2018年6月200例在我院治疗的脊柱骨折患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组和研究组,每组为100例。对对照组患者采用常规护理方法,而对研究组患者采用呼吸管理。观察并记录两组患者的具体情况。结果:在管理后,研究组的QOL评分(食欲、精神、睡眠、疲乏以及疼痛)要明显高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者在护理过程中出现腹胀便秘、压疮以及坠积性肺炎等并发症的发生概率明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05),研究组患者的依从性要明显好于对照组患者(P<0.05),管理1個月后,研究组患者的疼痛评分要明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05),管理3个月、6个月后患者的疼痛评分逐渐降低,患者的疼痛情况逐渐减轻(P<0.05),管理后研究组患者的SDS以及SAS得分要明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:在临床上,呼吸管理能够促进脊柱骨折患者的身体恢复,减少患者的负面情绪,提供患者的依从性,配合临床医师的治疗,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床护理上进一步推广和应用。

    【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the effect of respiratory management on the nursing effect and compliance of patients with spinal fractures. METHODS: This article selected 200 patients with spinal fractures treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, the control group and the study group, with 100 cases in each group. Routine care was used in the control group and respiratory management was used in the study group. Observe and record the specific conditions of the two groups of patients. RESULTS: After management, the QOL scores (appetite, mental, sleep, fatigue, and pain) of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Patients in the study group experienced abdominal distension, constipation, pressure sores, and falls during the nursing process. The incidence of complications such as pneumonia was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The compliance of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). After 1 month of management, the pain of the study group patients The scores were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After 3 months and 6 months of management, the pain scores of the patients gradually decreased, and the pain of the patients gradually decreased (P<0.05). The SDS of the patients in the study group after management and The SAS score was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: In clinical practice, respiratory management can promote the recovery of patients with spinal fractures, reduce the negative emotions of patients, provide patient compliance, cooperate with clinicians to improve the quality of life of patients, and it is worth further promotion and application in clinical nursing. .
