[摘要] 通过分析护士在临床工作中面临的各种职业危害，提出相应的防护对策，提高临床护士的自我防护意识，降低职业危害在护士身上的发生率。笔者分析了医院各个科室护士面临的职业危害，总结常见的职业危害，并针对性的提出防护对策。护士的自我防护意识提高了，并会正确的采用各种防护措施，遭受职业危害的机率大大降低了，工作效率也提高。临床护士应提高自我防护意识，并正确合理的采用各种防护措施。

    Nurses' occupational harm and its protection

    [Abstract] According to the analysis of various occupational harm which the nurses faced in the clinical work, we put forward some corresponding preventive measures,to improve the clinical nurses’self protection awareness,and to reduce the occurrence frequencies of occupational harm.We investigated and analyzed the occupational harm the nurses faced who working in different departments of the hospitals.Then,we summarize the common occupation harm,and proposed the pertinent protective measures.The nurses improve their self-protective awareness,and properly used a variety of protective measures.The occurrence frequencies of occupational harm has been deeply reduced,and the work efficiency was improved,either.For the clinical nurses,they should improve their self-protective awareness,and properly and reasonably take a variety of protective measures. ......
