【摘 要】目的：观察蠲痹汤联合甲氨蝶呤和双氯芬酸钠治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将72例活动期类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组36例。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤片，每次10 mg，每周1次；双氯芬酸钠，每次25 mg，每日2次；口服治疗。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用蠲痹汤加减内服外敷治疗。结果：治疗组有效率占88.90%，对照组有效率占72.22%。两组比较，差异有统计学意义

    (P<0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎疗效优于单纯西药治疗。
