【摘要】目的 探讨健康信念模式在帮助脑卒中患者建立健康行为中的作用。方法 采用方便抽样法，选取我院收治的脑卒中患者90名，随机分为干预组和对照组各45例。干预组接受以健康信念模式为理论基础的护理干预措施，对照组接受常规的健康教育，干预前和实施护理干预6个月后，比较两组效果。结果 干预后，两组健康行为比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 护理干预有助于脑卒中患者建立健康信念，自觉地采纳健康行为

    【Abstract】Objective To explore the role of health belief model in helping stroke patients to establish healthy behavior.Methods 90 stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups：the intervention group (n=45) and the control group (n=45).The intervention group received nursing intervention based on the model of health belief and the control group received routine health education.Results There were significant differences in health behaviors between the two groups before and after 6 months of nursing intervention (P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can help stroke patients establish health belief and adopt healthy behavior consciously.
