【摘要】宫颈癌是妇科最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。高危型人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus， HPV)持续感染是子宫颈癌及其癌前病变的必要因素。而HPV筛查对宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌的早期诊断、正确处理、有效预防及预测病变进展具有重要的意义。目前已有多种HPV检测技术，但因其检测原理，对病变的检出率以及它的优缺点不同，在子宫颈癌筛查中还需合理的应用。
