【摘 要】 目的：分析阴性症状精神分裂症患者应用情感护理的临床护理效果。方法：選择2015年1月至2018年6月在本院住院治疗的92例阴性症状精神分裂症患者，根据护理方法不同将其分为两组，对两组护理阴性症状改善情况及满意度进行对比分析。结果：观察组患者经护理后SANS量表在意志缺乏、情感淡薄、思维贫乏、情趣/社交缺乏及注意障碍5个项目中的评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.65%(44/46)显著高于对照组的80.43%(37/46)(P<0.05)。结论：情感护理疗法可根据阴性症状精神分裂症患者的病情、症状分析结果查找病因，针对性开展情感交流，帮助患者排解困难、疏导情绪，使患者重新学会表达情感和意愿，科学调节情绪，改善阴性症状以恢复正常的生活。
