【摘 要】 目的：对脊柱手术患者发生压疮手术室原因和护理措施进行分析和探讨。方法：选取于本院进行脊柱手术发生压疮的32例患者，进行压疮手术室原因分析并对护理措施进行探讨。结果：在脊柱手术中，患者出现压疮的因素主要有手术体位10例，皮肤潮湿6例，护理人员因素4例，药物影响3例，患者因素8例，环境设备1例。结论：脊柱手术患者发生压疮后必须对其原因进行分析并采取相应的护理措施。

    [Abstract] Objective：To analyze and discuss the causes and nursing measures of pressure sore operating room in patients with spinal surgery.
