【摘 要】目的：探讨HPV分型检测与TCT检测在宫颈病变中的筛查价值。方法：选取HPV分型阳性患者和/或TCT阳性患者共1927例，均进行阴道镜及宫颈活检术。以宫颈活检结果即病理组织学检查为金标准，回顾性分HPV分型检测与TCT检测在宫颈病变筛查中的应用效果。结果：HPV分型检测的灵敏度为85.25%(185/217)，漏诊率为14.75%(32/217)，而TCT检测的灵敏度为76.96%，漏诊率为23.04%(50/217)，两组灵敏度比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.87，P<0.05)，两组漏诊率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.87，P<0.05)。结论：HPV分型检测较TCT检测有更好的灵敏度，且漏诊率低，有望成为宫颈癌筛查的主要手段。
