【摘 要】目的：我国妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的发病率达到17.5%，且有上升的趋势。GDM的研究受到国内外研究者的高度关注，营养治疗是妊娠期糖尿病最基本的治疗方法，本文作者就妊娠期糖尿病发病机制和诊断、妊娠期糖尿病的临床营养治疗进行阐述。

    [Abstract] The incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus in China is 17.5%， and it is on the rise. The research of gestational diabetes is highly concerned by researchers at home and abroad.
