切除卵巢时应先分离粘连使之游离
分离致密粘连特别是肠道粘连时，减少盲目分离，应先暴露组织界限后，再用分离钳分离
肠道浆膜面避免用电烧
血管切断前应充分电凝
电凝时两种不同的器械不能交叉夹在一起
解剖未明确前，不应切断任何组织。
