[摘要] 外科学是一门非常讲究临床实践的学科，尤其是对于肝胆外科医师，培养时间长，成长时间慢，传统开腹手术由于视野所限，导致示教效果较差。随着近年来腹腔镜手术的迅速发展，其在带教中的巨大作用也得到了进一步体现，结合以“以问题为基础的学习”的PBL模式后，大大增加了学生学习的积极性，并且提高了肝胆外科医师的成长速度。
