[摘要] 目的 探讨在胸外科使用TBL教学法住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用价值。 方法 选择2017年1～12月在我院胸外科进行住院医师规范化培训的住院医师或学生80名为研究对象，分为TBL组和LBL组，TBL组采用TBL法，LBL组采用LBL法。比较两组专业基础理论评分、技能操作评分、临床思维和诊治及创新能力评分。 结果TBL组技能操作评分、临床思维和诊治及创新能力评分均比LBL 组高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TBL组对教学满意度高于LBL组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 与传统LBL教学模式相比较，TBL法使培训学员更有学习积极性与主动性，教学满意度更高，可在相关科室住院医师规范化培训的教育中推广应用。
